Love the app and the loops, but we've had a real problem the last few Sundays. We usually use four loops a service and in one of the four the loop has just stopped as if I hit the stop button. It is with different songs so I don't think it is the loop that is the problem. I use an Ipad and the looptimis controller. I need help! It creates such a distraction that we are on the verge of having to stop using the loops.
Sorry to hear this! We recommend re-installing a fresh copy of PRIME to solve the issue, as well as updating your iOS software to the most recent version. Let us know if it's still having any issues after that.
