Hi. We've noticed that with the latest update for the Prime App on iPad, the app is crashing typically around 3 songs in which is a problem in the middle of service. We had it happen in each of our services this past Sunday. We made sure to update our iPad to the latest iOS and that hasn't fixed it. Has anyone else had this problem and/or have a solution to fix it?
We are not able to replicate the issue. Try logging out of PRIME and then force quitting the app by double tapping on the home button and swiping the app away. Then open PRIME back up and log in again. If you are still experiencing these issues in PRIME, please email email@example.com and we can take a look at it for you.
