iConnect 4 lost communication

Trying to configure my outputs from iConfig app on new iPad and even tried on Mac to update firmware. It stalls trying to even connect on the Mac and loses communication on both. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks

I know iConnectivity was having issues with their app configuring their interface. I would reach out to them to see if they can help you with the issue.

Hey Jamie. I haven't used blocks in a while so I'm just seeing your message.

Our iOS apps currently are not functioning.
EVERYTHING else works with our gear except our on application for routing changing, ironically.
We are currently working on our Auracle software and trying to get that fully functioning on desktop so we can replace our current iOS apps.

I would recommend using a computer to create the routing you want with our iConfig or Auracle software and then you can save that directly to the interface to use without the computer.
Auracle saves configuration automatically every 2 seconds and in iConfig you will want to go to Device>Save Current Settings. I usually do this 3 times as a paranoid person in any program.
