Popping noise when changing tracks in PRIME for iMac

I have recently starting using an iConnectivity PlayAudio12 as an interface for separating tracks out to individual channels on the sound board, but since making this change there is a horrible popping/loud click that happens when I change tracks (this happens with a MIDI trigger and when I just click between them using the computer cursor). I don't have this issue when I run the same setup with the iPad app, so it appears it is coming from the PRIME app itself. Any advise on why this is happening/how to make it stop?

Hey Jesse,

Are you using custom audio tracks or tracks purchased on Loop Community?

I am using custom audio tracks! I also had to turn the ‘dynamic click’ option on all songs otherwise the click and cues sounded garbled/doubled up/underwater.

Hey Jesse,

Our development team is working on this issue. It seems to only happen for custom tracks that are using their own click with PRIME for Mac, when they are plugged into an interface. We hope to have it resolved soon. For now, I would just use the dynamic click inside of PRIME.

Thanks for being a part of LC!
