Tracks suddenly stop

Last week I rearranged some tracks in Prime and on random occasions the track would suddenly stop before the end of the song. I had used "drag/drop" and also "delete/add" to edit the arrangement, and it felt almost like Prime got confused and suddenly stopped the track. This happened for at least two different tracks, and I am afraid of this happening in the middle of a worship service. What is the safest and "most correct" way to change the arrangement of tracks in Prime so that it won't suddenly stop before the song ends? Thank you.

Hey Joshua,

First, I would make sure to re-install a fresh copy of PRIME on your iOS device. This will help eliminate older registries and errors that could pop up in the app, causing audio issues and crashes. Next, the drag/drop method for re-arranging works best, so try it again and see if it gives you any issues. Also, make sure to update your iOS device's software to the most recent version. Thanks so much! =)

Thank you Janson... to clarify, my problem isn't "drag and drop" it is when I "delete" a section... sometimes PRIME freaks out. ...I will follow your advice to be sure everything is updated. So far, everything is fresh. ...one last question, is there still a free track every month? I would like to subscribe to receive this. How?

Hey Joshua,

We try to have a free app track each month, but some months we aren't able to do so. If there is a free track, it will always be for PRIME (App Track) and it will be at the bottom of the site's home page. Here's the free track for September: http://loopcommunity.com/thine-worship/even-if?p=1197022
