I know you did an update last night, but I am no longer able to login to my Prime App. I have tried resetting the password and that is not working. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it. I am not sure what to do next.

Hey Kevin,

We're still updating the site. Part of the maintenance is having errors with the PRIME login. We should have it fixed soon. We'll be sure to notify the community as soon as it's ready to go. Thanks for checking in and for your patience! =)

I logged in on my iPhone and Mac...but not my iPad! I have to rehearse in 30min :-(

I had to use my username and not my email to login.

Hello guys, I have the same problem again that I had a few weeks ago! There was a time-out on my iPad so I had to log-out and log in again. But after I logged out I get a "Failed log In" - "Log in was unsuccessful with error description: The request timed out. Pleas try again"- message. But I have tried a dozen times but can not log in.

We're working on fixing some of these bugs, as well as adding new features to PRIME. It would be helpful if some of you would beta test the changes for us.
