Just downloaded the most recent update for Prime, and now it wont open. Not sure if anybody else has experienced this yet!
To be specific, I'm using a 2017 Macbook Pro 13", and updated to version 4.1. When I open the app, the Prime screen pops up with a loading wheel for a few seconds, disappears, then I receive a notification from my mac saying the app has quit unexpectedly. Not sure of any solutions but am looking for a backup to restore to to see if it fixes the issue temporarily.
Update: Found a backup to restore to, and it works again.
Sorry about that! If you experience anymore issues for it not opening:
1. Click Command + Space
2. Spotlight search: Terminal
3. After Terminal is open, past this into the box: rm -R ~/Library/Containers/com.loopcommunity.PRIMEMAC
4. Hit enter
5. PRIME should open now.
