Start/End -35791394:-8

I have 1 song on 1 mac that only plays click. I then noticed that the Start/End time was -35791394:-8. Any known fixes for this? It is also un-editable. The same track plays fine on my phone and another mac laptop.

Hey Greg!

To fix this, try deleting and re-downloading the track to the app (this is different then deleting it from the setlist). To do this:
1. Click ADD SONG
2. Hover your mouse over the BPM of the track that isn't working.
3. Click the 3 dots that appear
4. Click Remove from device
5. The app will tell you it has been removed
6. Click the name of the track in the Add Song section again to re-download the track.
7. Once it has loaded into PRIME you should see the End section at the end of the song, and the Start/End time should be fixed.

Thanks Derek, I knew it had to be deleted from device I just didn't know how to do it. Works fine now.
