I've been trying to use the feature in Ableton 10 to export directly to mp3, but it appears that the output is very slightly shifted in time. I use midi click in Ableton, so the slightly shifted mp3 files are slightly off of the click. Anyone else noticed this issue?

I just tested this and yes, they are slightly shifted to the right on my grid. I've never noticed this because I'm always bouncing Wavs. I would recommend exporting your files as Wavs and then using an audio converter if you need them to be Mp3.

Yes that is correct. Encoding to an mp3 will always add a little bit of time before the audio starts. This is not an Ableton Issue. Encoding files to mp3 in other programs produce the same result. If that little bit of space before the audio is a problem you can do one of two things. First, export to wave instead of mp3. Second, export to mp3 and when you import them back select all tracks and move the starting point upto the beginning of the audio wave form.
