I'm having the same issue this evening. I can login just fine on the website but not on the PRIME app. Was having trouble with one of the songs not being able to view instrument tracks as well. Any support from Loop Community would be greatly appreciated!
I'm having the same issue. I've restarted several times, changed my password and deleted and reinstalled the app. No problems on the website but on the app I keep getting the same login failure response. HELP!!
