hello, who can I get ahold of if a recently purchased track is not showing in my account ?

The first thing I'd recommend if you aren't seeing it in the add song window, would be to log out of the account in Prime, and then back in. Check again after doing this, and if you continue to have issues, send us an email at support@loopcommunity.com with the order number for the purchase you're not seeing, and we can look further into this!

hello , I tried logging out and logging back in and still my purchase does not appear on my account . It's for order #10337868
