Sync lost after adding markers

When I add markers to my track and save it, it loses the synch with click and cues. Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong? Thanks! Ronnie

Hey Ronnie, Is this happening in PRIME? If it is, make sure there are no tempo or time signature changes in the track. PRIME cannot currently recognize tempo and time signature changes. So if you add markers, it will use the dynamic click in the app, and it will not recognize the changes. If there are no changes in the track, but it is still off from the click and cues, make sure that the BPM you set the track to when you uploaded it, is what the BPM of the track is. Hope this helps! Thanks Derek for the reply, Yes, It is in PRIME. I have tried it with both PRIME on Mac and on iPad to no avail. I have deleted and uploaded the file several times. It is somewhat simple in that it is only 4/4 time @120BPM. The sync is perfect until I add the markers. Would there be any way I could upload the zip to you or for you to hear the file after adding the markers?

Hey Ronnie, Sure! Send the zip file to support@loopcommunity.com, explaining the situation and our support team can take a look at it. Thanks! -Derek, The LC Team
