I recently switch over to using Prime and I love it! To make it even better, I suggest a future update to have Prime SEND out midi. This would allow us to sync our lights and lyrics to the tracks just like we can do in Ableton. Not sure if thats even possible, but it sure would be cool if it was.

I have not been purchasing any tracks due to price increase in the last 6 months. They used to be $12.99 and now they are $29.99. For a small church, that is not even close in the budget to spend double and half for a track that was actually somewhat affordable. Sorry to see this increase and I understand that it was not made to increase profit margins, but what was the immense increase for? Thank you.

This could be for users or for you awesome guys at LC! I've used Ableton for years to lead with and have used pads in some really cool ways to bring in and out of songs, into a song as I'm finishing a scripture reading, etc... It seems like it would be pretty simple to program a track to launch the transition chosen for that song when the next song is clicked early. For example...if you were playing a song, that had "overlap" chosen for transition to next song programmed to 1-1 and hit 1-2 early, then it would just do the transition immediately. this way, you could have a pad start, where you want to talk/teach/pray/read a scripture/sing a chorus, etc... Then just launch the next song. If you had crossfade chosen or overlap, then it would be a smooth transition and you wouldn't have to time your comments or reading to exactly 1 min, 2 min, etc... I love the pads...but the need to choose exactly how much time is between songs makes them very unusable to me. It keeps me in Ableton, when I'd love to be using Prime for ease of use....Just my opinion from an avid LC fan!

Hi there, Could you please consider offering a custom mix feature in M4A or WAV format, like sites similar to yours? I don't have an iPad or iPhone, and I don't need the multitracks. I am basically interested in purchasing them in the formats above since I use them for performance tracks. Thank you and may the Lord bless your work!

Hello; As others have stated, the price increase on track seem like it will make a difference for a lot of us to have to resort to not using track or for many to get them from MultiTracks since the price is the same and they have more selections.. My suggestion is to reconsider lowering the price as they where, because if you figure the cost of lost revenue from people leaving to the revenue receive from price increase you may find out that you are going to be losing not only financially but in member of LC and also not being the blessing that you have been to many churches by having affordable tracks. Thanks Edwin

Just a suggestion to add a search bar to the webpage where you can edit or delete tracks from your PRIME cloud.

I'm trying to be sure that I understand how song info is saved. As it stands right now - if I make changes to tempo, markers or sections, those changes are automatically saved but only on a "per-setlist" manner and not individually for that particular song in the library. For example, if I tweak a song/key/sections for a setlist I named "April 15", as long as I go to that setlist, Prime remembers those changes, but if I then re-use that track another week and pull it up from my library, it's reset back to the way it was when I purchased it. Am I understanding that correctly? If so, then what are you guys doing to keep your changes organized. We don't usually change how we perform a song month to month so it gets monotonous having to redo changes every time (and keep track of them, too.....)

Sometimes when I go to "add song" - there's an error dialogue box that pops up saying it can't access my song database (recommends logging off, force-quit then log back in again) - there's a typo in that instruction box that pops up. I wish I still had it in front of me but it didn't dawn on me to take a screenshot of it. Just thought you'd want to know. It's down toward the bottom of the text in that dialogue box..... I'll come back with the specifics once I see it again (it seems to happen to me about once a month).....

Hey there, I couldn't help but notice that all of the tracks on my wish list just increased by $5 dollars. Is there any particular reason for the sudden increase? I was just telling others of the affordability and value of your track pricing and now it's changed. Is this going to be a reoccurring happening until the pricing matches Multitracks.com? Would love to hear thoughts on this. Thanks.
