Why are some tracks not available in the subscription?

Some songs from our catalog may not be included in our subscription services for a number of reasons. We reserve the right to add or remove content at any time without notice.

How many tracks can I unlock with a Lite Tracks Pro subscription?

With a Lite Tracks Pro subscription, you can unlock our full catalog of Lite Tracks!

How long do I have access to the tracks?

You'll have access to the tracks you unlock for as long as you are an active subscriber. If your subscription cancels, you will lose access to any tracks you unlocked while subscribed.

As a Lite Tracks Pro subscriber, can I also access the WAV files?

No, Lite Tracks Pro subscribers have access to tracks only within the Prime app. If you have purchased any file downloads outside of the subscription, you will still have access to those files.

How do I cancel my Lite Tracks Pro subscription?

You can cancel your Lite Tracks Pro subscription from within the Tracks Subscription page: 1. Select your profile icon located towards the top right of the screen. 2. Select "Settings" from within the drop down menu. 3. Select "Subscriptions" on the left side of the screen. 4. Select "Tracks" on the left side of the screen. Know that you will lose access to all Lite Tracks Pro features at the next billing cycle.
