What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases from Loop. If there was a mistake on our part, we will fix the product for you. For physical products, all sales are final and there are no refunds or returns.

Where can I view my order history and receipts?

Click on Account Details from the menu, and choose Order History. You can access all of your receipts from that page. Also, don't forget that you can update your receipt email address under Payment Info.
