Encounter Praise is the collective of lead worshipers at Newbury Park First Christian Church in Southern California whose goal is to facilitate environments where the message of Jesus can take up residence in the hearts and wills of their church trough the medium of music (Col.3:16). It is their aim to create music that directly contributes to the spiritual formation of their church body, calling them to live sacrificially for the Kingdom. Through passionate Word-centered praise, they desire for those they lead to have an authentic encounter with the living God by which the natural response of true worship will flow.... Lee mas
