We believe our role in the local church body is to creatively and authentically provide an atmosphere of worship where people can get their focus onto God who alone brings life transformation. We believe this is best done as a team and in community. We value discipleship at the MET and that is a huge part of our team. We are constantly trying to raise up other musicians, singers, and worship leaders. The bible says that our goal as pastors should be to equip the saints for works of ministry, and so we try to intentionally raise up others (Eph 4:11-12). With that said, we hold high standards on our team both musically and spiritually. As platform servants we are a public ministry and we take our role very serious as we stand before any group of people we serve. We want to give God our best and know He deserves far more!... Lee mas
