Freddie began playing the piano at the age of 9. While other kids his age were taking formal music lessons, Freddie was able to learn the basics to music completely by ear. By the age of 16, he began venturing out as an independent musician and freelance keyboardist, playing in bands, churches, and ensembles at school, exploring genres such as gospel, jazz, rock, pop, alternative, and R&B. Freddie holds an Associates in General Studies from Joliet Junior College, as well as graduating with an Associates in Science in Audio Technology from SAE Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois in 2016.
