What are Prime Teams?

With a Prime subscription, you can invite members of your worship team to join your team. With Prime Teams, you can share setlists with your team members so they can use their own devices instead of sharing a login. This is also a great solution for multi-worship leader churches who are sharing one account for their organization.

What are Prime Arrangements?

With a Prime Standard/Prime Plus subscription, you can save all of your custom song arrangements in Prime Cloud! This means that when you create a new arrangement in Prime, change the key, move song sections around, you can save those changes in your library to use in another setlist.

What happens if I downgrade my plan to another plan?

You will keep the features included on your current plan for the remainder of the billing cycle. On the date of your next billing cycle, you will have access to only the downgraded plan features, and you will be charged the cost of the downgraded plan. What happens if I upgrade my Prime plan to a higher tier?

If you upgrade a Prime plan, you will get access to the upgraded features right away. Your bill will be discounted based on the amount of time left over on the current subscription tier. Please note, you can not downgrade a plan in the same billing period after you upgrade. If you would like more details, please email support@loopcommunity.com

How do I update my payment method for my Prime subscription?

Click the profile icon in the top right, select Settings > Subscriptions > Prime. From there you can change which credit card is being used, or add a new credit card.

How can I download the receipts for my Prime subscription?

Your subscription receipts are emailed to you every month, but you can always access them again by clicking on Subscriptions > Prime on your account page.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. In your account settings, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will lose access to all Prime subscription features at the next billing cycle. Any Prime Cloud uploads that exceed the free storage limit will be deleted forever after 60 days. Any saved custom arrangements will be deleted after 10 days.

Can I pause my subscription?

Unfortunately, we do not have a way of temporarily pausing subscriptions.

What counts against my Prime Cloud storage space?

Only your personal uploaded audio into Prime counts towards your storage space (after file-conversion). Your track purchases from Loop do NOT count against your storage space. All users are given unlimited, forever downloads of purchased tracks.
