How do I add / remove credit cards?

In your account settings, choose "Payment Info". From there, you can add or remove credit cards on your account. If you're using a card for subscriptions, you must remove that card from being used for payment on any subscription before it can be removed. To remove a card from being used on a subscription, select "Subscriptions" from your account page. This will reveal a list of subscriptions. The payment method for each subscription is managed separately, so if you are using a card on multiple subscriptions you'll need to remove it from each subscription.

Where can I view my order history and receipts?

There are two kinds of receipts to view: Subscription Receipts: Click the Profile icon in the top right of Loop Community's website > Settings > Subscriptions. This will reveal a list of subscriptions. Choose the one you want to view receipts for. Individual Purchase Receipts: Profile icon in the top right of Loop Community's website > Purchases > My orders

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a quality issue with the product upon delivery, we will fix it or refund you. Hardware has a 1-year manufacturer workmanship warranty.
