The primary mission of Texas Bible College is to train and develop Christian leaders who are both strong in spirit and sound in apostolic doctrine. This goes beyond the classroom. In pursuit of this goal, all its functions and activities are structured within the framework of New Testament doctrine and practices as understood, believed, and expressed in the United Pentecostal Church International Manual.
