Where can I view my order history and receipts?

Click on Account Details from the menu, and choose Order History. You can access all of your receipts from that page. Also, don't forget that you can update your receipt email address under Payment Info. For Pro subscription receipts, you can find those by clicking on "Pro subscription" in your Account settings.

How do I add / remove credit cards?

In your account settings, choose "Payment Info". From there, you can add or remove credit cards on your account. If you're using a card for a subscription, please update your subscription payment info first before trying to remove a credit card. To update your subscription payment info, click on "Pro Subscription" from your account settings.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a quality issue with the product upon delivery, we will fix it or refund you. Hardware has a 1-year manufacturer workmanship warranty.
